March - November: $290 a night on weekends, $210 on weeknights.

December- February: $200 a night on weekends, $150 on weeknights

PAYMENT: We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for payment. If you pay by check we waive the processing fee and we hold your credit card as a security deposit. Half of the rent is due within 5 days of booking and the remaining rent, tax and cleaning are due 45 days before arrival. If you pay by credit card we charge half of the rent now, and the remaining rent, tax, cleaning and 4% processing fee 45 days before arrival.

Whether you are paying by check or credit card, we will need the following information:

• Visa/MasterCard number
• Expiration date
• Last 3 digits on back of card
• Name on card
• Billing/home address
• Home/office number and cell number
• Email (to send confirmation/contract, you read, sign and fax back)
• Number of renters

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel anytime between booking date and 45 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel after 45 days before arrival, it is non-refundable unless re booked by another renter for the same dates. If the house is re booked you will receive a refund less a $100.00 administrative fee.
