RATES:
April- October: $275 a night on weekends, $195 on weeknights.

November - March: $200 a night on weekends, $150 on weeknights.

$125 cleaning fee

PAYMENT: We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for payment. If you pay by check we waive the processing fee and we hold your credit card as a security deposit. Half of the rent is due within 5 days of booking and the remaining rent, tax and cleaning are due 30 days before arrival. If you pay by credit card we charge half of the rent now, and the remaining rent, tax, cleaning and 4% processing fee 30 days before arrival.

Whether you are paying by check or credit card, we will need the following information:

Visa/MasterCard number
Expiration date
Last 3 digits on back of card
Name on card
Billing/home address
Home/office number and cell number
Email (to send confirmation/contract, you read, sign and fax back)
Number of renters

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel anytime between booking date and 30 days before arrival, you lose half of your deposit (1/4 quarter of rent). If you cancel after 30 days before arrival, it is non-refundable unless rebooked by another renter for the same dates.
